Brunch Time Blintz Souffle


Ingredients
1/2 cup Shedd's Spread Country Crock® Spread, melted
2 boxes (13 oz. ea.) frozen cheese blintzes*
6 eggs
1 container (16 oz.) sour cream
1/3 cup sugar
4 tsp. fresh lemon juice
1 Tbsp. orange juice
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Directions

Preheat oven to 350°.

Pour Shedd's Spread Country Crock® Spread in bottom of 13 x 9-inch glass baking dish. Add blintzes, turning to coat; set aside.

Stir remaining ingredients in large bowl, with wire whisk until smooth; pour over blintzes. Bake 45 minutes or until slightly puffed and golden brown.

*Substitution: Use fruit flavored cheese blintzes.
