Directions
In small bowl, combine broth, soy sauce, cornstarch and ginger; set aside.
In 12-inch nonstick skillet, melt 2 tablespoons Shedd's Spread Country Crock® Spread over high heat and brown beef. Remove beef and juices and set aside.
In same skillet, melt remaining 3 tablespoons Spread and cook onion, stirring frequently, until tender, about 3 minutes. Stir in broccoli and garlic and cook, stirring occasionally, 1 minute. Add broth mixture and bring to a boil. Boil, stirring frequently, 1 minute or until sauce thickens. Return beef and any beef juices to skillet and simmer uncovered 1 minute or until beef is done. Sprinkle with cashews. Serve, if desired, with hot cooked rice.
