Caribbean Scrambled Eggs


Ingredients
2 Tbsp. Shedd's Spread Country Crock® Spread
1/2 tsp. curry powder
6 eggs, slightly beaten
3 Tbsp. half and half
Chopped green onions
Directions

Melt Shedd's Spread Country Crock® Spread in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat and cook curry, stirring frequently, 1 minute. Stir in eggs and half and half. Season, if desired with salt and black pepper. Cook, stirring frequently, 2 minutes or until eggs are done. Sprinkle with green onions.
